A sunken den with a queen sofa bed, doubling as a third bedroom, and a sizable lower-level bedroom with a king bed, bunk beds, and an en-suite bathroom add to the accommodations. The master bedroom on the second floor provides a king bed and a full bathroom.
Adjacent to the main house, discover a gas BBQ, a hot tub, and a cold plunge tub for relaxation. In the backyard, a swim spa with an adjustable current awaits on a beautiful deck and lanai area.
